An event should feel like the people in it
Two founders, a friendship that started in Gibraltar, and 10 years of running events between us.
Our story
We met in Gibraltar ten years ago and have talked about running events together ever since. When Rosie moved to London after eight years in New Zealand, we stopped talking and started. It’s just the two of us, so the people you meet on the first call are the people who run your event.
Between us, we have 10 years of experience running events, from festival sites to company offsites: Inas in Berlin, Hurghada, Barcelona, Thessaloniki and London, Rosie in London and Amsterdam. We’ve worked inside companies long enough to know how they run, so we fit in with your tools and processes rather than asking you to change.
The name comes from our surnames, Charles-Khalil and Rockett, and from what we believe: culture isn’t the slogan on the welcome banner. It’s how people treat each other when they’re finally in the same room.
We’re members of NOWIE, the Network of Women in Events.
Meet the founders

Inas Khalil
I learned production at festivals, as a production assistant in the jungle in Panama, at Waking Life in Portugal and at Unum in Albania, where you learn to think three steps ahead. Since then I’ve spent eight years running events for companies, from a hackathon in Berlin to events in Hurghada, Barcelona, Thessaloniki and London.
I’m the one with the spreadsheet. I like knowing where every supplier, timing and dietary requirement stands, because that’s what lets everyone else relax. And I care about how a room feels when people walk in: the light, the music, the food.

Rosie Rockett
I’ve always worked in people-focused roles, and bringing people together is what I love most. I’ve organised international company trips, Christmas parties, summer events and team celebrations.
Booking the venue is the easy part. I want to know who’s coming, what they’re into and how the team works, because the best events are built around the people in the room. On the day, I’m the one who remembers your favourite welcome drink, has made the playlist and knows which flight everyone’s on.
Want to meet us properly?
The first call is 30 minutes, with no commitment, and you’ll be talking to us, not a sales team.
