A leadership retreat is the rare time your senior team can step back from the day-to-day and make the big decisions. We plan the agenda around those decisions, choose a place with room to think and take care of everything else, so the only thing on anyone’s mind is the conversation.

A day out can feel like a day lost unless it’s built around one clear purpose. We agree that purpose with you first, then choose the venue, activities and food to serve it.

The celebration people talk about on Monday is rarely the one with the best menu. It’s the one where the music, the seating and the pace felt right, so we plan all three alongside the food.

When the board or your investors are in the room, the day should run without a hitch. We check the room, the tech and the coffee before anyone arrives, and keep the day to time.
